I’m a product executive known for combining deep product craft, relentless curiosity, and high standards to solve meaningful customer problems, develop leaders, and build organizations at global scale.

 

Today, I lead the Core Product experience for HBO Max members across 125 countries. My team spans product management, personalization, content discovery, video, experimentation, merchandising, and content experience operations. Together, we build the systems and experiences that help millions of people discover, choose, and enjoy the content they love.

I’m known for bringing clarity to complex environments, challenging conventional thinking, and helping teams tackle ambitious challenges with creativity and rigor. Whether leading large-scale initiatives or navigating organizational change, I focus on challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities others may not see, and turning bold ideas into meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

 

Throughout my career, I've focused on helping organizations make better decisions, develop stronger leaders, and build the capabilities needed to solve increasingly complex customer and business challenges. My goal is not simply to deliver results, but to leave teams, leaders, and organizations better equipped to tackle whatever comes next.
